Shipping policy

We can only ship wine to the following US states at this time: WA and ID.

ALL WINE ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED AND SIGNED BY AN ADULT 21 OR OLDER.

Shipping methods:
We offer UPS Ground and delivery times for these are 3–7 business days. NOTE: Orders may take up to two days to process before shipping. If you require faster delivery, please notify us by phone or email; 509-895-5620, customerservice@selectionsbysagemoor.com.

Shipping rates:
Due to fluctuations in UPS rates the shipping charges on your invoice are an approximation only. There may be an adjustment necessary based upon actual UPS charges. Also, a fee for UPS required packaging will be seen on your invoice.

Shipping wine in extreme temperatures*:
During the months of January, February, June, July, August and December; we prefer to ship wines traveling longer than 1-2 days only on Mondays to avoid wines sitting in an uncontrolled climate over the weekend. *In the event of extreme temperatures your shipment may be delayed to protect it from heat/cold damage. If you do not wish to wait for moderate temperatures and have your wines shipped immediately, Selections by Sagemoor accepts no responsibility to wines damaged by extreme temperatures.
